We move fast and move heaven and earth to make real-time adjustments when conditions change, backed by clear, client-approved post orders that define expectations for presence, de-escalation, trespass enforcement, escalation, and reporting.
Our model is built around physical deterrence, outstanding customer service, and provable outcomes, supported by body cameras, compliance-grade documentation, and accountability systems that protect both clients and officers.
We offer competitive rates based on risk and staffing needs, and for select new accounts we provide a first-month promotional discount as an assessment period to build a strong foundation. We also reward relationships through a referral program: when a client referral becomes a new contract, we can discuss rate reductions or service credits.
