Our best officers are people who take the job seriously, care about their communities, and want to grow. Prior security or military experience is helpful but not required. If you have the right attitude and willingness to learn, we will provide the training and mentorship to help you succeed.
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid Minnesota state issued ID and reliable transportation
- Eligible for a Minnesota security guard license
- Strong communication and de-escalation skills
- Professional appearance and reliability
- Comfort working flexible hours including nights and weekends
